The Compound Score

Based on the Wakefield & Leo methodology, the compound score multiplies absolute power by relative power (W²/kg), capturing both aerodynamic and climbing ability in one number.

Formula: 5-min MMP (W) × 5-min MMP per kg (W/kg) = Compound Score (W²/kg)
